Transportation of your package

1. Delivery conditions

The delivery time may vary depending on the chosen shipping method, 24 hours if you choose "sent by Redyser 24h agency" and order is received before 1:00 p.m. or 2/3 days if you choose sent by post for National shipments and 7/9 days for International shipments, also if some type of change is suffered, it will be mentioned in our order confirmation. Any delay or breakdown that the material may suffer in the course of its dispatch to the customer, or due to force majeure, will not lead to the cancellation of the order or the suspension of payment.

2. Expedition · Shipping

Unless express instructions from the client, the means and lines of transport that we deem appropriate for the dispatch of our material will be chosen, always trying to be the most economical, fast and safe for the client.

3. Claims

After 7 days of the delivery of our material, no claim or refund will be accepted on it. The return of the material due to manifest disagreement within the stated period, and accepted by us, will be made through the channel we agree on.
